We accept payment from debit or credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal.

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard debit or credit card without a PayPal account. Here’s how: On the final step of the checkout process press "Complete order", you’ll be redirected to PayPal. PayPal will propose to login with your existing account. But instead of login press "Create an Account". You will be redirected to the page where you can enter your Visa or Mastercard information. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. Press the payment button at the bottom of the page to finalize the payment.

It depends on the complexity of the order (how many items and how complex they are). Usually, the processing time takes near 7-10 business days. But the more precise time can only be provided after having assessed the complexity of the final order

Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order.

It depends on which shipping method the order was shipped. If the order was sent by standard shipping than the order will not be delivered directly to your address. It will be delivered to your local post office where you can pick up it by yourself. If the order was sent by express shipping than UPS courier will deliver the package directly to the address you provided in the order information.

Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

We pack everything very carefully. But if you happened to receive any item damaged please send us a photo of the damaged item at contact@staywithann.com. We will find the solution. Please note that any request made later than 24 hours & without a proof won’t be considered as an eligible request.

Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can double check in your order confirmation email. You should also receive a tracking link in this email so check this out for any delivery updates.
